Subject: FN0789-Recreational Salmon - Region 6 - Babine Lake Sockeye
Effective immediately until 2400 hrs Thursday, September 15 the daily limit for
sockeye salmon has been increased to 4/day from 2/day in the following waters:
The waters of Babine and Nilkitkwa Lakes.
Anglers are reminded that there is no fishing allowed for sockeye in those
waters within a 400 metre radius of the following tributary streams to Babine
Lake:
1. Morrison Creek
2. Pierre Creek
3. Hazelwood Creek
4. Four Mile Creek
5. Six Mile Creek
6. Pendleton Creek
7. Twain Creek
8. Sockeye Creek
9. Tachek Creek
10. Five Mile Creek
11. Tsezakwa Creek
12. Big Loon Creek
Anglers are reminded that there is a total daily limit of 4 salmon per day in
the aggregate.
